Riverside holds a weekly "Meeting of the Minds," affectionately referred to as the "MOM," where prospects, deals and current portfolio companies are reviewed and discussed in an open forum. Everyone, from the most junior transactor to the Co-CEOs, has a voice at the table during these crucial and highly interactive sessions.
